Unlike most household pests, bed bugs aren't drawn in by food, water, or climate — they're drawn to people. That means every Bapchule property, from a single-family home to a high-rise unit, is a potential target. Predominantly slab-on-grade stucco homes from the 1970s-2010s desert suburban boom, with block-wall backyards and no basements.
Treatment starts with a thorough inspection of the mattress, box spring, headboard, and baseboards to confirm the infestation and gauge its extent. From there we typically use a heat treatment — raising room temperature above 135°F for 90+ minutes, which kills bed bugs at every life stage — or a chemical-hybrid approach when heat isn't practical. Mattress encasements and a 14-day follow-up verification visit are standard.
