American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Housing here dates heavily to the early-1900s steel boom, with narrow lots and full basements standard.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids.
