German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Amber's a hot, windy climate with generally short winters and increasingly dry conditions the farther west you go keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Slab-on-grade construction dominates here, common throughout central Oklahoma's expansive clay-soil terrain.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
