Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Argillite's housing stock gives them exactly that. Housing here is often built into hillside terrain, ranging from historic rural homes to more modest recent construction. Combined with Argillite's climate — a climate typical of Appalachian foothill country, with more precipitation and cooler temperatures at elevation — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
