Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Atlasburg's housing stock gives them exactly that. Housing here dates heavily to the early-1900s steel boom, with narrow lots and full basements standard. Combined with Atlasburg's climate — a climate typical of the upper Ohio Valley, with more cloud cover and lake-effect-adjacent snow than central PA — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
