German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Baker's an extremely hot, dry desert climate, with summer highs regularly topping 110°F and very low humidity keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Stucco-and-block construction on concrete slabs is standard here, with irrigated golf-course landscaping common throughout.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
