German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Bountiful's a valley climate moderated somewhat by elevation, with cold winters and warm, dry summers typical of the Wasatch Front keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A blend of older established neighborhoods and rapidly expanding new subdivisions along this growing corridor.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
