American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Crawl-space and basement construction both appear here, varying by proximity to the coast and water table.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids.
