German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Buffalo Valley's a humid, subtropical climate typical of the Delta, with hot summers and mild, wet winters keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Wood-frame farmhouses and Memphis-metro suburban homes both feature crawl-space foundations vulnerable to Delta humidity.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
