German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Cabool's a climate that behaves somewhat like the upper South, with shorter, milder winters than Kansas City or St. Louis keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A mix of historic hill-country homes and Springfield-area suburban development, many built into the region's hilly, karst terrain.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids.
