Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Canute's housing stock gives them exactly that. Housing spans historic ranching and farming towns to newer suburban subdivisions throughout the metro. Combined with Canute's climate — a climate defined by wide temperature swings and some of the most active severe-weather seasons in the country — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
