Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Center's housing stock gives them exactly that. Mountain-style construction is the norm here, designed around the region's heavy and long-lasting snowpack. Combined with Center's climate — a high-elevation alpine climate with heavy winter snowfall and short, cool summers, far colder than the Front Range — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
