German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Cibecue's a transitional high-desert climate, hot in summer but tempered by elevation, with a monsoon season that matters more here than in the Phoenix valley keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A blend of historic mining-era company housing and later ranch-style construction, much of it built directly into steep hillside lots.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
