Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Citra's housing stock gives them exactly that. A blend of established rural and small-town homes and newer construction near the region's larger cities. Combined with Citra's climate — a humid subtropical climate with hot summers and mild winters, cooler and occasionally frosty compared to the rest of Florida — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
