Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Cohoctah's housing stock gives them exactly that. Housing here dates heavily to the early-to-mid-1900s auto-industry era, with established neighborhoods and full basements standard. Combined with Cohoctah's climate — a climate shaped by the region's Great Lakes position, somewhat milder in winter than western Michigan's snowbelt — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids.
