German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Corinne's a high-desert climate with real seasonal extremes and low year-round humidity throughout rural Utah keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A blend of established rural homes and newer construction, with manufactured housing common in more remote areas.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids.
