Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Costa Mesa's housing stock gives them exactly that. Stucco and wood-frame homes dominate here, spanning post-war tract housing to newer suburban subdivisions. Combined with Costa Mesa's climate — a climate with minimal rainfall much of the year and a real, if short, wildfire season in the surrounding hills — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
