Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Decatur's housing stock gives them exactly that. A blend of older in-town homes and newer exurban development pushing outward toward the north Georgia mountains. Combined with Decatur's climate — a hot, humid climate for much of the year, with winters mild enough that snow is the exception rather than the rule — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
