American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A mix of historic river-city homes in Cedar Rapids, Dubuque, and the Quad Cities, alongside newer suburban development, most with basements.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
