German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Donner's a Gulf South climate defined by extreme humidity, long hot summers, and a real hurricane season keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A mix of older raised Creole-style homes and newer slab construction, with elevated foundations common given the area's flood risk.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
