Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Earling's housing stock gives them exactly that. A mix of historic river-town homes and newer suburban development, most with basements built for the region's cold winters. Combined with Earling's climate — a four-season climate typical of the Great Plains edge, with real winter cold and significant summer heat — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
