Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Edgerton's housing stock gives them exactly that. A blend of established rural homes and newer suburban construction near the metro fringe, with basements standard throughout. Combined with Edgerton's climate — a continental climate with genuine seasonal extremes, moderated somewhat by the region's tree cover and river bottoms — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
