German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Elizabeth's a four-season climate at high elevation, with real winter snow and low humidity year-round keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A mix of established suburban neighborhoods and newer subdivisions built during the Front Range's rapid growth, most with basements.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
