Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Ellendale's housing stock gives them exactly that. A mix of beach cottages, newer coastal construction, and farmhouses on the flat Delmarva farmland, many built on crawl spaces given the high water table. Combined with Ellendale's climate — a coastal climate milder in winter than northern Delaware, with hot, humid beach-town summers — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
