Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Elwin's housing stock gives them exactly that. A blend of established farm-country homes and newer suburban growth closer to the St. Louis metro area. Combined with Elwin's climate — a humid continental climate with hot, humid summers and milder winters than the rest of the state, warmer overall the farther south you go — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
