German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Fiddletown's a climate shaped by intensive irrigation agriculture, with hot, dry summers and damp winter fog keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A blend of established farming communities and newer tract housing, built for extreme summer heat rather than winter cold.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
