Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Frontenac's housing stock gives them exactly that. A mix of historic Twin Cities neighborhoods and rapidly expanding new suburban subdivisions, nearly all with full basements built for severe winters. Combined with Frontenac's climate — a genuinely severe four-season climate, with winter cold snaps that regularly reach well below zero — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
