American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A mix of older rural homes and manufactured housing, spread across wide-open high-desert parcels.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids.
