Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Gallup's housing stock gives them exactly that. Manufactured housing and traditional single-family construction both appear here, spread across a vast, low-density landscape. Combined with Gallup's climate — a high-desert plateau climate with cold winters, hot summers, and a large daily temperature swing — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
