Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Garber's housing stock gives them exactly that. Slab-on-grade construction dominates here, common throughout central Oklahoma's expansive clay-soil terrain. Combined with Garber's climate — a hot, windy climate with generally short winters and increasingly dry conditions the farther west you go — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
