German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Garysburg's a hot, humid climate for much of the year, with winters mild enough that snow is the exception rather than the rule keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A blend of older textile- and tobacco-town homes and newer research-and-tech-driven suburban development.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
