German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Glen Gardner's a four-season climate with real but generally shorter winter cold than the north, and hot, humid summers along the shore keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A mix of historic colonial-era homes around Trenton and Princeton, coastal shore homes, and farmhouses throughout the Pine Barrens region, many with basements or crawl spaces.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
