Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Great Meadows's housing stock gives them exactly that. Dense multi-family buildings and rowhomes throughout the older cities, alongside single-family postwar suburban homes further out, most with basements. Combined with Great Meadows's climate — a four-season climate with real winter cold and snow, and hot, muggy summers — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
