German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Henderson's a dry, sunny climate with genuine seasonal extremes typical of the high plains at elevation keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A blend of established Denver-metro neighborhoods and newer construction pushing outward along the Front Range.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
