German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Holley's a climate shaped by proximity to Lake Erie and Lake Ontario, colder and snowier in winter than downstate New York keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Housing here dates heavily to the early-1900s manufacturing era, with narrow city lots and full basements standard.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
