Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Horn Lake's housing stock gives them exactly that. Mid-century homes and newer subdivisions share this area, with wooded, rolling lots more common than in the flat Delta to the west. Combined with Horn Lake's climate — a humid subtropical climate with hot, humid summers and mild winters, similar to the Delta but with more elevation and forest cover — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
