German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Hotevilla's a climate that's desert-dry but far from desert-mild — cold winters and a big day-to-night temperature swing define this plateau region keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A mix of older single-family homes and manufactured housing, spread over large distances with lower density than almost anywhere else in the state.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
