Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Indiantown's housing stock gives them exactly that. A mix of established neighborhoods and newer resort-adjacent development, nearly all built on slab foundations. Combined with Indiantown's climate — a tropical climate with hot, humid conditions nearly year-round and a pronounced hurricane season — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
