Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Irving's housing stock gives them exactly that. A blend of established DFW-area neighborhoods and newer construction pushing outward across the metroplex. Combined with Irving's climate — a humid subtropical climate with hot, humid summers, mild winters, and severe spring thunderstorm season — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
