German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Kilmichael's a humid subtropical climate with hot, humid summers and mild winters, similar to the Delta but with more elevation and forest cover keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Mid-century homes and newer subdivisions share this area, with wooded, rolling lots more common than in the flat Delta to the west.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
