German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Kimballton's a humid continental climate with hot summers, cold winters, and somewhat drier conditions than eastern Iowa keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A blend of older river-valley homes and small-town construction typical of western Iowa.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
