German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Kykotsmovi Village's a high-desert plateau climate with cold winters, hot summers, and a large daily temperature swing, drier than the mountain zones but colder than the low desert keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Manufactured housing and traditional single-family construction both appear here, spread across a vast, low-density landscape.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
