Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Lakeside's housing stock gives them exactly that. Housing leans toward wood-frame cabins and homes designed for winter weather, spread across forested lots well above 5,000 feet. Combined with Lakeside's climate — a four-season mountain climate that shares almost nothing with the desert floor below — cold winters, mild summers, and heavy forest cover — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
