Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Lasara's housing stock gives them exactly that. Housing spans historic South Texas ranching communities to newer suburban growth throughout the Austin-San Antonio corridor. Combined with Lasara's climate — a hot climate for much of the year, with South Texas rarely seeing a true winter at all — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
