German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Lewis's a four-season climate typical of the Great Plains edge, with real winter cold and significant summer heat keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A mix of historic river-town homes and newer suburban development, most with basements built for the region's cold winters.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
