Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Long Barn's housing stock gives them exactly that. A mix of older farmworker and agricultural-town housing and newer suburban tract construction, most on slab foundations built for heat rather than cold. Combined with Long Barn's climate — a climate defined by extreme summer heat — well over 100°F is common — and cool, foggy winters — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
