Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Lupton's housing stock gives them exactly that. A mix of traditional and modern single-family homes, manufactured housing, and newer tribal housing developments spread across a large, sparsely populated area. Combined with Lupton's climate — an arid plateau climate defined by extremes — hot days, cold nights, and real winter cold despite being desert terrain — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
