American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A blend of historic coal-camp construction and modest newer homes, both shaped by the region's steep, forested terrain.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids.
