Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Malin's housing stock gives them exactly that. Wood-frame homes with basements are common here, built for winter cold in a climate defined by dryness rather than moisture. Combined with Malin's climate — a high-desert climate with hot, dry summers and cold winters, a sharp contrast to the wet climate west of the Cascades — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
