German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Marble Falls's a climate with hot summers and mild winters, growing progressively warmer and drier the further south toward the border keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A mix of Hill Country limestone-and-stucco homes and newer suburban development around Austin and San Antonio, most on slab foundations.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
